Drop in to learn about Idaho waterfowl, environmental science issues, and habitat conservation by participating in the Junior Duck Stamp Art Competition. Create your own duck stamp artwork and enter it into the statewide contest. Open 8am-4pm and 10am-4pm on Saturdays. Oz with Orchestra. Put on your ruby slippers and grab Toto! Watch the classic Oscar-winning movie accompanied live by Maestro Robert Franz and the Boise Philharmonic. Judy Garland’s original 1939 studio recording backed by lush, live orchestration will transport children and adults alike in this family concert. The morning will include snow-related activities, crafts, and a Boise State University snow scientist will be on hand too. At noon, families will be shuttled up to Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area, outfitted with snowshoes, and led on a family-friendly snowshoe trip.
